What if my items arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?
If your items arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please email email@example.com with your name and order number.
How do I return my items?
After sending an email to Sales@ConsumerCopilot.com regarding the issue, you will receive instructions and a pre-paid shipping label to return your items back to Consumer Copilot. You will also instantly receive a charge back using your intial form of payment.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your items you will get your refund within 1 - 4 business days. We will send a confirmation email when the refund is complete. We will refund any unused portion of the store credit coupon code.
What items are returnable?
Items purchased within 30 days from your purchase date that are unworn, unused and undamaged.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
What items are non-returnable?
Custom Shop products, Limited Editions and Special Releases.
Items marked as final sale.
Can I return a gift?
Yes! If you received a Consumer CoPilot product as a gift and wish to exchange it, email firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
